Social workers are available to assist with:

• Lodging
• Transportation
• Family concerns
• Locating long-term care

All of the services are provided with confidentiality. Services are provided at no cost. You may call or visit the office of Patient and Family Services to access a social worker at any time at (573) 882-7373. Each of the patient areas have a social worker assigned. Members of your healthcare team can also contact a social worker for you.
