Division of Aging

The Division of Aging Worker primarily serves patients who:

• Are currently Medicaid eligible
• Have a medical need for in-home services such as Homemaker care, Personal care or Respite care.
• Need information about available care options that can delay or avoid nursing home placement.
• Need assistance with Medicaid eligibility issues.
