The Margaret Proctor Mulligan Breast Health and Research Program is located at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center. We specialize in cancer, but we address all issues related to breast health. Evaluations, consultations, radiology assessments, outpatient surgical procedures and follow-up care all occur at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center.
