As a full-time staff member, you will be entitled to an excellent benefits package which includes at a minimum 12 days of paid vacation, four personal days, and eight paid holidays. Paid sick leave is also available when needed. In addition, we offer medical and dental insurance at reasonable rates. Life insurance, Long-term Disability, and Retirement are provided at no cost to employees. Tax savings plans and access to University facilities are also available to employees. If you are thinking of furthering your education, take advantage of our Educational Assistance Program which allows employees to take up to 6 credit hours each semester or three credit hours each summer with a 75 percent reduction in cost.
