Personal Belongings

During your inpatient stay, you may bring essential personal care items, such as toiletries with you to the hospital. However, for safety reasons, please do not bring electrical equipment with you for your stay. Your room will have a TV, a radio, and a phone.

Please do not bring valuables to the hospital. Admissions staff or your nurse can deposit your valuables in the hospital safe. You will get a receipt and your valuables will be returned when you go home. The hospital cannot be responsible for money, jewelry, clothing or other items kept at your bedside. Personal items, such as eyeglasses, contact lenses and dentures also are your responsibility.
