Chemotherapy Support
Where do I get support?
Chemotherapy can bring major changes to a person's life. It can affect overall health, threaten a sense of well being, disrupt day to day schedules, and put a strain on personal relationships. Many people feel fearful, anxious, angry, or depressed at some point during their chemotherapy. These emotions are normal and understandable, but they may also be disturbing. There are many sources of support you can draw on. For example:
- Doctors and Nurses
- Counseling professionals
- Friends and Family members
- Support groups
