We understand how stressful it is to be a patient or to have a family member receiving medical care. We provide a confidential environment and comfortable atmosphere in which patients and/or their families can discuss non-clinical issues relating to University Hospital, as well as concerns directly related to patient care.  Our goal is to facilitate issue resolution for the peace of mind and well-being of our patients and their families.

The Guest Relations Team provides the following services:

• Assistance with recognition of quality medical staff
• Assistance with patient care concerns
• Information on local hotels/motels, including discounted rates for patients' families
• Fax and photocopying services
• Notary Public service
• Delivery of patient emails and standard mail

The University Hospital Guest Relations team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am until 5:00pm.
